Part 3 Project Architect

Gianni Botsford Architects is seeking a Part 3 project architect to join its team in London.

Gianni Botsford Architects are a small, design and research focused practice working on projects in the UK and abroad at all scales, primarily in the cultural, commercial, and residential sectors. Winners of the Lubetkin Prize for a house in Costa Rica, Casa Ki-Ké, the practice’s work focusses on research, carefully applied science, and an interest in light as a material in architecture to produce a unique series of locally adapted works.

Current projects include residential projects in London, Northern Ireland, Manchester, the Isle of Wight, and Sardinia, a re-use project providing artist’s studios for an arts charity in London, a 42-storey office tower in Chengdu, China, and a collaborative research project on additive manufacturing for housing in developing countries.

Our new studio in Shepherd’s Bush requires an experienced and talented Part 3 Architect to join our team with a range of skills, a passion for architecture, and a keen eye. You will lead current projects on site while reviewing all technical aspects of projects under development in the studio. A high proficiency in Autocad is essential, and proficiency in Revit and or Rhino a plus. Experience with UK building regulations, planning, job running, and client liaison skills are essential for this role. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate an ability to deliver the high aspirations we have for our work.

Please send your CV and examples of your work with a short motivation letter indicating your availability and salary expectations to info@giannibotsford.com Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.
