Studio in the Woods is an ongoing educational programme with the intention to promote the exchange of architectural knowledge and skills through experimentation and direct experience led by a group of award winning architects including Gianni Botsford, Kate Darby, Meredith Bowles, Erect Architects, Studio Weave and Mitchell Taylor Workshop. Invited critics including Peter Clegg, Ted Cullinan and Shin Eshagira provide endless mental sustenance for the students and tutors.

Over the seven years of the studio, Gianni, working with Kate Darby, has researched issues of sunlight and context with a surprisingly varied outcome.
